A HYBRID VIEWING ALLOWING FOR ONLINE AND IN-PERSON VIEWING OF THE ZOOM STREAM

BEFORE THE EVENT:

• To ensure your event is a success, we host a pre-event planning session and create the Event Run-of-Show.

DURING THE EVENT:

• The entire event is run on the Pioneers in Skirts professional Zoom account.
• As the film streams online via Zoom, the Director and/or Producer are there to engage with your audience in the Chat area of Zoom.
• Then, when the 60-min movie has ended, the filmmaker(s) stick around to participate in a 30-min post-screening discussion with you and your audience!
  • A safe space where audience members can talk freely.

AFTER THE EVENT:

• The post-screening event is recorded. After some minor editing to the video, we deliver the discussion video for you to own. Share it, repurpose it!
