Pioneers in Skirts screened as an Official Selection at the Nevada Women’s Film Festival in Las Vegas, Nevada. The film was featured online over a 2-day period with the filmmakers participating in a post-screening Q&A via Zoom.

Pioneers in Skirts highlights the importance of social messaging absorbed by young women and girls about who they one day may become and championing equality in an industry that holds so much influence on our collective perception of what a successful person looks like.
During a time when it’s so much more difficult to screen a film online, when it’s so much more difficult to be able to positively impact our culture & workplace, and our lives, we are honored to receive an award for how well our film is positioned for success in impacting change!

The Nevada Women’s Film Festival is an annual event to celebrate and support the fair representation of women in film.
